1. What are your thoughts on the real estate market? This question is the most common question that everyone asks me. It's a great question!
My answer is usually the same! Here it is. It's an awesome time to buy a home or cottage. Buyers can get a great value. It's one of the best times in history for buyers and move up buyers. As sellers sell their smaller home for a little less, they can get much more home for the money now as a buyer!
2. Also, the question that is ask is when is the market going to turn around?
Answer, for sellers, not for a while. I think Years?. Many sellers are thinking they should wait til the market gets better. It's not getting better>>>. It's going to get worse. The price of homes will continue to drop since there is so many homes on the market, and the foreclosure and short sale rate is skyrocketing. If you think you are going to sell in a year or two, I feel it will be way to late.
